Kyle Thomas Barry grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2021 and subsequently admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Mr. Barry received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2015 and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Brandeis School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Mr. Barry worked for both the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the State of Oklahoma. Mr. Barry is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Barry practices primarily in the areas of litigation, governmental defense, and construction law. During his years as an Assistant City Attorney and now in private practice, Mr. Barry has gained substantial litigation experience in both Federal and State Court. Mr. Barry's jury trial experience in Court includes acting as counsel in excessive force cases, First Amendment cases, false arrest/illegal search cases, and wrongful termination cases, among others.
