Robert L. Eden was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1991 and the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2017. He is also admitted to the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Federal Districts in Texas and the Western Federal District in Oklahoma. Educated at the University of Nebraska, he received a B.S. degree with Distinction in 1988 and J.D. degree in 1991. Mr. Eden served as a member of the Nebraska Law Review from 1989 to 1991. He is a Regents Scholar and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honor Society.
Mr. Eden maintains an active litigation practice, with a focus in the areas of construction law and commercial litigation, as well as representing multifamily housing and commercial property owners and management companies. Services provided in the field of construction law include collections, litigation, construction mechanics and materialman's lien/bond claims. Mr. Eden's representation includes construction material suppliers, as well as general contractors, owners and subcontractors of every size, from Fortune 500 companies to small family businesses.
Mr. Eden's commercial and residential property management practice includes the representation of commercial and residential owners/landlords in wide-ranging fields such as landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes, deceptive trade practices and business torts.
In addition, Mr. Eden's extensive experience in the area of insurance defense provides insight into representing clients whose legal needs extend into areas such as defending bodily injury, property damage and damage to businesses claims in virtually all sectors and industries.
